SignManager completed a national rebranding project for Cummins for their interior and customer facing areas. We carried out site audits in 80 dealerships around Australia, specifying and drawing up the fit out scope. It can be difficult to manage a site network which is spread across the country, however we’re able to manage the sites successfully due to our cloud-based online management system, Signify, which enabled us to draw from a pool of well skilled local contractors.

“Our entire re-imaging process was handed over to SignManager due to their vast experience managing site audits, artwork proposals, compliance, tendering, manufacturing and installation.”

    Stuart McLean

    Dealer Development Manager, Stihl Australia

We have an Australian dealer network consisting of over 80 dealers, including 14 company owned branches supporting the Western Star, MAN, Dennis Eagle and Detroit brands. Our New Zealand dealer network has 3 company owned branches supported by 25 independent dealers. Corporate Signage is a much-specialised industry that we do not have the expertise in, so we rely on SignManager to coordinate what is required in our dealer network to comply with all regulatory requirements across the country. I would highly recommend the SignManager team for any design, quoting, compliance and coordination for OEM signage projects.

    Scott Taylor

    Network Development Manager , Penske

Tabcorp has had a long-term partnership with SignManager for over 12 years. SignManager has consistently delivered our projects on time and within budget and has made managing our signage projects easy. Their reporting system was very useful, and the level of customer service and project management is very high. They provided a solution with great value and high-quality services, and I’m happy to recommend them.

    Jimmy Handley

Retail Activation & Project Manager, Tabcorp

From the get go, knowing we only had 9 days to debrand 48 sites nationally, we formed a team, swapped mobiles, set up a meeting every two days, recorded updates daily, and was informed the whole time both as per our meetings and updates, and also direct contact when specific issues needed fixing on the spot. Nothing was an issue for Rik and Thoren, and they ensured this project, which was visible from MD level, was completed with minimal fuss, great constant communication with the customer, on time and on budget.

    Roscoe Revelly

    Operations Manager, GE Money

We are proud to work in partnership with SignManager. Their technical background, attention to detail and their ability to clearly outline their expectations of us as a supplier allows us to ensure projects run on time and to budget. They provide us with information and systems which permits us to concentrate on our work and provide a quality service to their clients. SignManager are a highly respected customer, and with them there is a real emphasis on building close supplier/client relationships. We have been very impressed by the level of expertise and professionalism of this company and therefore have no hesitation in recommending SignManager for their services.

    Michael Motee

    Director, Ink On Paper

Every contact, every issue, every order was handled via a dependable electronic system. This valuable commodity allowed other regional

SignManager manage the signage and branding asset portfolio for Carlton United Breweries on a national scale for the past 20 years, and we could not be happier with the level of service and quality of management systems they offer. Their ability and flexibility to manage large scale projects and at the same time manage one-off maintenance jobs is exceptional. The savings to our business have been significant and their IT system enables reporting to confirm the economic benefit of having SignManager as a partner. They continue to improve their systems based on our feedback, and are flexible to make changes to suit our needs and requirements as they change. The customer service levels provided by SignManager are outstanding, and have set a new benchmark on what level of service we expect from our suppliers.

    Wayne Pilbeam

National Commercial Assets Manager, Carlton & United Breweries

The savings to our business have been significant, and their system enables reporting that confirms the economic benefits of partnering

    Stephen Stanley

National Channel Development Manager, Carlton & United Breweries

On behalf of everyone associated with this massive project to rebrand all 211 Carpet Court stores around Australia, I would like to take this opportunity to reflect on the achievement to date from SignManager. I know that almost without exception, every member who has had
their store rebranded has been thrilled with the finished results. When we first estimated the time this would take, we had allocated 24
months, SignManager then proposed to us that we could accelerate this roll out to be undertaken in 12 months. Congratulations and thanks
to you all for the role you have played updating our store network. From Perth to Cairns and from Darwin to Hobart, we have completed all
of our stores across the breadth and width of this continent and all within the year.

    Allan Strauss

    COO, Carpet Court

Australia Post determined that a project manager was essential. SignManager were engaged after satisfying all criteria and equally as important they had personnel who were from the industry and who knew how to deliver. This reflects the cost efficiencies and overall management skills which SignManager bring to our organisation. We believe that access to a national system has improved AP’s management and access for our staff to a level which has not been possible before. I am happy to recommend SignManager as a professional and pragmatic company who have provided excellent services to Australia Post. The commitment to a longer term contract is a reflection of the skills, the personnel and the systems that SignManager offer.

    Peter Bowden

Category Manager (Assets) , Australia Post

SignManager’s web-based management system allowed our property teams to log on to a job at any time, and view job progress and
contractor pricing. This transparent business works well for us and has enabled us to form a trustworthy business relationship which has
provided a number of benefits over our previous procurement model.

    Matthew Franich

    Property Director, ALDI

We worked with SignManager to rebrand our national site network, head offices, gas terminals, power plants and vehicles. They simplified
the process with one point of contact and a database of our sites including photos, audit notes and records of all communications. Working
with SignManager made our projects really easy.
