In 2013, Woolworths embarked on a project to re-brand 71 Woolworths Liquor stores to the BWS brand across a broad geographic area of WA. The project was split into three stages, each with tight deadlines. Woolworths had previously experienced ongoing problems in this region due to the remote locations of their stores, lack of reliable contractors and quality issues. So they chose SignManager for their ability to solve the problems previously experienced in this region.
In 2014 Baptist Care partnered with brand agency, Be You Not Them and began the process of rebranding. Once a new look was finalised, Be You Not Them engaged SignManager to design the rebranded signage and manage the tender, procurement and installation across the 75 sites throughout NSW. Be You Not Them recognised that working with a sign project management consultancy would be more efficient and timely solution than managing the process in-house.
Adidas engaged SignManager to manage the manufacture and installation of the signage at their new flagship store at Central Park, Sydney. This is the first project SignManager has completed for Adidas.
ME Bank approached SignManager to help design a bespoke Sky Sign in Sydney’s CBD. After the preliminary budgeting was established our team undertook the council DA submission and approval process.
Aldi’s sign management had historically been based on a contract arrangement with two approved suppliers, retendered every 2 years. When one of these contractors went into administration, Aldi was left with a major sign management headache.
Formally the Wharf Hotel, ALH and Lion combined to transform the site from a tired and weathered sea-side pub, to the absolutely stunning ‘Squires’ venue that it is now.
An Exciting And Challenging Fitout Project
Volkswagen came to SignManager needing assistance with their signage program as they were using multiple signage manufacturers who all used their own methods of construction. While the signs looked similar, they were made of different materials and needed maintenance at different rates. Not having a single point of control made it difficult to determine if they were getting value for money, and it became hard to track which signage was at each of its dealerships.
Hertz engaged SignManager to assist them with upgrading their digital signage at their Melbourne Airport location. Once the necessary airport permits and permissions were acquired, SignManager organised for the removal the existing scrolling message displays. These were old fashioned and cumbersome LED displays which were not operating as originally planned and were stuck displaying a static message.
