When Suncorp transitioned their brand to Suncorp Bank, a large number of branches needed to be rebranded in a short space of time.
The first task was to use our existing database to generate a list of all signs in their network for preliminary budgeting. This saved the time and cost associated with an initial site audit.
The scope of work was then developed and tendered to a panel of qualified contractors. When the tender process was complete, and the best market price had been obtained, the reimage was rolled out. In total, the new signage was unveiled at more than 330 branches over a single weekend.
Thanks to streamlined processes and procurement strategies, we were able to deliver the project on time, and under budget to the delight of Suncorp Bank.
